Capturing Memories - child protection policy
- All Capturing Memories Photographers & assistants have current CRB checks.
- On no occasion will Capturing Memories Photographers have sole access to children.
- All children's & students photos loaded onto the site will be password protected (passwords are only given out through the school or Nursery)
- If a parent or carer request that their photo be removed from the site this shall be complied with. (it should be noted that permission is requested before using individual photos on the Capturing Memories website.
- All images are right click disabled to prevent unauthorised copying.
- Capturing Memories Photographers and assistants will not drink alcohol, smoke or use inappropriate language in front of children.
- Passwords to Galleries will not be given over the phone or via email.
